At SoReal, we aim to ship orders received before 3 pm CST on the same business day. Orders received after 3 pm CST will be shipped the next business day. These timeframes should be taken as an average dispatch time. You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order has left our warehouse.
Please note that our warehouse staff does not work at weekends or during public holidays. If you order during any of these periods, we’ll aim to dispatch your order on the next working day.
