Processing Time
At So Real Hair Extensions, we aim to ship orders received before 3 pm CST on the same business day. Orders received after 3 pm CST will be shipped the next business day. These timeframes should be taken as an average dispatch time. You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order has left our warehouse.
Please note that our warehouse staff does not work at weekends or during public holidays. If you order during any of these periods, we’ll aim to dispatch your order on the next working day.
Once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Possible Delays
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email and from your “My Account”. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly.
- For orders below $200 shipping cost will be based on the location and the mode of shipping you select during the checkout process.
- For orders above $200 we offer free shipping.
Duties & Taxes
Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and itemised on the order summary page. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will paid at the time of purchase. Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Pre – Order
Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charged will be incurred in these circumstances.
Gift Wrapping & Message
